Fantastic real estate broker and property manager! There are not enough stars or superlatives to sum up Mark and X Marks the Spot. Mark did a great job taking care and selling my mom’s house. He moved furniture, piano and assorted objects to myself and my children. He put in a security system since I was out of state and coordinated visits from various companies. He has a pleasant personality and found the right buyer that would be happy in the house. Very happy with his overall performance and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

Last year my father passed away, leaving the house where he and my mother lived for over 60 years to my sister and myself. I live out of state and my sister has orthopedic limitations.
