I honestly cannot believe the condition of the house following Mark’s magic touch and how he staged it for a quick sale which sold at our asking price. Mark‘s communication is superb. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and found sentimental items in the home that I never knew existed. He organized all the items so that that I could review prior to him discarding or selling. In a few words, Mark is like a hound dog on scent. He will never give up until he is thoroughly satisfied. Last year my father passed away, leaving the house where he and my mother lived for over 60 years to my sister and myself. I live out of state and my sister has orthopedic limitations. We had begun the process of going through the house and its contents gradually over time, but it became painfully obvious that this would be a herculean task that would take years to complete on our own. We looked into options for help, and fortunately found exactly what we needed with Mr. Lagnese. He responded promptly to my call and arranged to meet me at the house within a few days. It was apparent from our initial meeting that he was clearly interested in the history of my family and the house, and that he would be extremely careful in going through the contents of the house, preserving any potential memorabilia and valuables, and cleaning the property for sale within a relatively short time. Indeed, this is exactly what he did. We were so pleased to see updates with text pictures of things he found in the house that he carefully packed up for us. He even found hidden artwork that my mother had made, my father’s WWII gear, and a medal that my grandfather received from WWI. He always asked about anything he found to see if we wanted it before considering it for estate sale. He and his staff then put together and staged the house and its contents for estate sale in a way that we would never have been able to do ouselves. The profits from the sale were applied to the bill, so the cost for his services was significantly reduced. He also provided invaluable advice on presentation and what would or would not be reasonable expenses to prepare the house for sale. After selling what he could, he arranged for donation and removal of anything left in the house. He then did an amazing job cleaning the entire house to prepare it for sale. Throughout the process Mark reamined upbeat and positive, understanding the difficulties we faced, and always offering to help out to make things easier for us. He always responded promptly to calls. He always kept us updated with progress. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know and work with Mark. He and his staff turned a daunting task into a wonderful heartwarming experience. My parents would have been very happy knowing that their home and its contents were handled by them. It is a rare thing to find people who care so much about what they do and the the people with whom they work. Mark is one of them. I highly recommend anyone to give him a call. I guarantee that you will be more than satisfied.

Mark and his son Luke were amazing to work with. I honestly don't have enough kinds words to say about them and the work they did for me and my family.
